Sedona – Final Day – Jan 3rd, 2025
Itinerary
Sorry for the Delayed Final Post
No excuses
On our final day I must say this has been a magical adventure in Sedona. The view of the mountains of red rock was simply mesmerizing. Every vacation that we have done to the Rocky Mountains of the United States has always been fantastic. There is something about being in wide open spaces and the great outdoors that is good for the soul. Thankfully, we travelled safely and everyone has had a good time.
Visiting Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village.
Hike to Devil’s Bridge. This was the most popular hike for encountoring fellow hikers. We passed hundreds of people across the four miles of the hike. Isaiah has become a solidly strong hiker at the age 5 1/2.
A view from the trail
Play time before dinner
Final meal in Sedona — Picazzo’s Italian Restaurant
The flight home – arriving at Dulles Airport late Saturday night
Final Thought from Brittany Tress who vacationed while she was pregnant and came down with strep but was still one of most cheerful family members on the trip:
“We would do this again any day. Sedona makes for a wonderful family experience each day. There’s lots of places to eat with quality ingredients, the variability in hikes makes it inclusive for the kids, & you never get over the massive red rocks in every view”
