I have been baking for decades and having enjoyed numerous books on different recipes and methods. From the James Beard Book to most recently following recipes from “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day” by Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois. To the right is a braided brioche with poppy seed topping.
